Shipping & Delivery Policy

We aim to ship all orders as soon as reasonably possible. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 weeks depending on order volume and product availability.

Once an order has been shipped, Broke Bones Wax is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. Any shipping issues that occur after shipment must be handled through the shipping carrier.

Please make sure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Broke Bones Wax is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
